Tony Robbins talks about scheduling in his programs all the time - the idea is, if you schedule it, it WILL happen. Although I'm not sure that applies 100% across the board (i.e., some of us blow things off even when they're scheduled), I definitely do believe that unencumbered structures like these can help increase productivity... and don't we all need that??? -Corrine This is great – so simple and yet so overlooked.
